Was ist Glaube?
Abû Huraira (r) berichtete:
>> Der Prophet Mohammed (s) war eines Tages zu den Leuten hinausgegangen, als ein Mann zu ihm kam und sagte:
"Was ist der Glaube?."
Er sagte:
"Der Glaube ist, dass du an Gott glaubst, an Seine Engel, an das Zusammentreffen mit Ihm und an Seine Gesandten und an die Auferstehung."
Er fragte:
"Was ist die Unterwerfung in den Willen Gottes?"
Er sagte:
"Unterwerfung in den Willen Gottes ist, dass du Gott dienst, Ihm nichts beigesellst, das Gebet einhältst, die Spende, (Almosen), die jeder wohlhabende Gläubiger (2,5 % seines Vermögens) einmal jährlich spendet zahlst und den Fastenmonat (hindurch) fastest."
Er fragte:
"Was ist die Güte, Aufrichtigkeit?"
Er sagte:
"Dass du Gott dienst, als ob du Ihn siehst. Denn selbst wenn du Ihn nicht siehst, so sieht Er dich doch." <<
